Such an amazing atmosphere in this beautiful chapel which used to be part of the old monastery. We are truly blessed to be able to put on our event here.

The Bazaar Summer Spectacular 2014

 in the beautiful barn at The Plough,

Talks , craft workshops, dancing! 


Jo Hall, with over 20 years experience working in India will be giving talks.

Wed 25th June 11am - 12pm "Coverings", Clothing in traditional and modern Rajasthan, exploring identity and women, caste and culture.

Thurs 26th June 11am - 12pm "My Experience", A frank talk about the challenges surrounding fairtrade and craft in India.

Fri 27th June 11am - 12pm "Mud, Mirror and Stitch", A look at some of the traditional textile making processes in India.

Sun 29th June till 3.30pm

A sticky and fun workshop will be open for all the family.

"India making and recycling" come along and enter our prize to win an elephant wall hanging!

for all the family. Bring along a plain T shirt to print!

Sunday 29th June 4pm Omorose and her dance troop will be dancing Eastern dance with an Indian twist.

An event in marquees in the grounds of the Victorian glasshouses.

Alex's curry Dhaba will be serving delicious authentic curries.

With our crafty workshop for recycling and making, and talks, and dancing.

Fri 22nd Aug 11-12pm. Jo Hall will give a talk.

Craft workshop for making and recycling open Friday from 1pm, Sat, Sun and Mon.

Omorose and her dancers will be dancing at 2.30 on Sat 23rd Aug.
