Joanna selects "Elephant Embroideries" directly from the workshop, a small family run business in a village close to the Pakistan border in the Thar Dessert of Western Rajastan. By purchasing straight from the manufacturers, in these inaccessible areas, Jo can be sure a fair price is paid directly to the craftpeople. By working directly with the makers she is also able to create new designs which will be seen in 2010.
