Aqua Marine, Golden Obsidian And Jasper Pendant.

Another standout beauty! Although Jo's designs may share some characteristics you will not find another the same.
This  pendant is a fine blend of spring colours. Topped with a tumbled aqua marine, a light and delicate blue then moving down to an oval golden obsidian with shimmering silver light reflected from its velvet surface, like gazing at the moon! Then Finishing with a triangular cabochon cut jasper,of creamy yellows and greens, reminiscent of dinosaur eggs. Each gem is individually hindged giving a comfortable fluidity against the skin.

This piece was designed by Joanna Hall. She selects the semi precious stones in Jaipur from various stone cutting families and dealers, always choosing the very best - "The ones that sing". Surrounded by the stones she designs these totally unique pieces, allowing the colours and shapes of the gems to take the lead. These one off creations are then set in silver by some of the  most skilled silversmiths in the trade. Jo has been working with some of the families in this process for over 25 years.
