Amazonite, Kyanite And Chrysoprase Pendant

Here at Bazaar we are known for our original and unique designs, no two are ever the same.  This pendant stacks five different semi precious gemstones in a north/south orientation, increasing then decreasing in size. Each gem is individually hinged to give comfortable wear and natural movement against the skin.
Beginning with shards of pink then green tourmaline we then leap to a large rectangular soft, creamy blue amazonite. Known to some as the stone of courage, it empowers one to search the self and discover ones's own truths and integrity. Next a rectangle of blue kyanite of a rare teal like colour. This gem cuts through fears and blockages, helping us to speak from the heart. Ending with south facing pear shaped chrysophase, a soft sea green. A gem for good fortune and prosperity . Combined, these gems create one potent pendant!

This piece was designed by Joanna Hall. She selects the semi precious stones in Jaipur from various stone cutting families and dealers, always choosing the very best - "The ones that sing". Surrounded by the stones she designs these totally unique pieces, allowing the colours and shapes of the gems to take the lead. These one off creations are then set in silver by some of the  most skilled silversmiths in the trade. Jo has been working with some of the families in this process for over 25 years.
