We will send all orders 3 to 4 working days after reciept.
Changing or Cancelling orders
To change or cancel your order before dispatch, please email us at email@example.com alternatively if you wish to speak to one of us then call 01892 822746. If we are not there please leave a clear message, sometimes we are out at shows.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item then please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods should be returned with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. Please obtain a proof of purchase for your postage and retain this until we have issued the refund. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely happy with your Bazaar product. Our products are made with great care by highly skilled artisans. Over the last few years, we have worked closely with our Fair Trade producers to improve the fit, quality and style of our products. We listen carefully to feedback from customers and are continually working to improve our service. If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, there is no problem. You can return or exchange an item 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
Please inform us of any damaged or broken goods or errors on our part within 7 days of reciept of the goods and we will send a replacement and efund any additional postage costs incurred for their return.
HOW TO RETURN
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. To exchange a product, please send us your full name, amount paid and reason why you are sending a return. We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product. Please send all returns to the free post address provided on the Returns Form (UK only). We regret that postage costs of returns can not be refunded.
